Who we are
Vetted (“we,” “us”) operates vetted.clinic, a service that helps you find and compare vetted hair transplant clinics in Turkey. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice. Contact: hello@vetted.clinic.
What we collect
Case information you submit (sensitive): hair loss stage, optional photos, treatment timeline, budget range, any existing quotes you share, email, phone number, and WhatsApp preference. This is health-related information — we treat all of it as sensitive data.
Analytics (non-identifying): page views, button clicks, form progress, and the marketing channel that brought you here (UTM parameters). Our analytics never contain your form answers, use no advertising cookies, and have session recording disabled.
We do not collect: anything from your device beyond the above; we don't use ad trackers, and we never buy or append data about you.
Why we collect it
Solely to provide the service you requested: reviewing your case, matching you with vetted clinics, obtaining quotes on your behalf, and communicating with you about them. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. Analytics are used to improve the service and measure which channels reach people who need it.
Where your data lives
Your case data exists in exactly three places: our secure case database and file storage (Cloudflare, Inc.), and our founders' work email (Google Workspace). Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage), Google Workspace (email), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics — no form contents). We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
When we share
We share relevant parts of your case (hair loss details, photos if provided) with specific clinics only when needed to obtain your quotes — that is the service. Clinics receive what they need to quote; we ask them to treat it confidentially. We never share your information for marketing, never sell it, and no clinic can pay us to access it.
Retention & your rights
We keep case data while your case is active and for up to 12 months after, then delete it. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time: email hello@vetted.clinic and we will act within 30 days. If you are a resident of a US state with a consumer privacy law (California CCPA/CPRA and others), you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing — we don't sell or share your data as those laws define it.
Other things you should know
This service is for adults — you must be 18 or older. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity, but we handle your information with equivalent care. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date; material changes will be flagged on the form. Data is processed in the United States and, when clinics quote your case, in Turkey.
